At Tales N Twiggz, we take pride in curating premium handcrafted products with the utmost care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to you.

  • To be eligible, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to info@talesntwiggz.com with images and order details.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to mishandling, personal preference, or natural wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Candles, plants, or any perishable and handcrafted items cannot be returned once delivered, unless damaged during transit.

  • Customized or personalized gift hampers are also non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received in its original condition, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are processed through the original method of payment used at checkout.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
