  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value during promotional periods, as announced on our website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
